== Installation ==

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Upload `wp-voting-contest` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to the Contest Category and create the Contest and the shortcode in the page [showcontestants id='category id'] to vote for the contestants

Created Contest Category term ID is the Category ID to be used in the shortcode.

Enable “Anyone can register” under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General.
